When you come to check out payment will be made safely a nd securely via Paypal. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) all without having a Paypal account, just follow on the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.


We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. For personalised items please allow 2 weeks from placing your order. All orders arrive gift wrapped in tissue paper as standard along with a sweet treat. It's just our way of saying thank you lots! 

Please ensure your personal details including postal address stated on your order and/or Paypal address is correct and up to date. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or missing information supplied on your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure personal details are correct.


We have a flat rate postage of £1.95 so this is the most you will ever pay for postage regardless of how many items you have. All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Post with an estimated delivery time of 1 working day or by courier via My Hermes which takes approximately 3-5 working days. A certificate of posting is always obtained for Royal Mail items and orders which exceed over £20 will either be sent Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or by courier via My Hermes which is trackable.


We have a worldwide postage rate of £4.95 so this is the most you will ever pay for postage regardless of how many items you have. All items are sent Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days for Europe and 8-10 working days for rest of world destinations. Arrival times will vary from country to country. International Standard delivery is not tracked but a certificate of posting is obtained for all orders. International buyers are responsible for paying any customs, duties and taxes set by their own country.


When you’re happy, we’re happy! If for any reason there is a problem we will exchange or refund items provided they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt and in their original packaging and condition. Please send us an e-mail to info@lucymademe.com if you wish to return an item prior to doing so. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage and advise you send the items recorded delivery as we cannot refund items that get lost in the post on return to us. If your items arrive damaged or faulty we will of course refund you the cost of postage provided they are in the original packaging and condition in which you received them. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange personalised items unless they arrive faulty or damaged in which case an exchange will be offered.
