SSL Checkout is displayed as an official green ‘safe’ padlock that is shown on the address bar on your web browser when you proceed through the checkout to make a purchase.
For personalised items please allow 15 working days from placing to receiving your order. This allows us to get your customised order made and photographed with a copy e-mailed to you for approval, before wrapping and shipping your order. See our shipping and returns page for more info. If you need to receive your item by a specific date or require it to arrive before the turnaround time please let us know before placing your order.
Glitter Tote Bags
Do not put in the washing machine. Wipe clean only with a damp sponge. These are sent carefully folded and we recommend lightly ironing on a low heart to remove any creases caused in transit.
Ribbon Rosettes & Ribbon Loop Badges
These are decorative accessories intended for festivities and celebrations and are not toys or meant for use in play as per Article 2 (Annex 1) of the Directive 2009/48/EC on the Safety of Toys. A child should not be left unsupervised when worn. These may have small parts (for example buttons) and embellishments (for example ribbons) which could become loose and present a choking hazard. The buyer acknowledges these responsibilities at time of purchase and will assume all liability.
We'd love to hear from you if you would like to feature our products in a subscription box, campaign, press event or simply want to pop them in party bags! Currently we do not offer our products for resale. We've supplied items to Etsy and Bitchbox and can offer discount on as little as 50 units for non resale purposes. If you would be interested in using any of our products in this way please pop us a message for further information and prices.
It's taken years of trial and error to develop our product range. From sourcing the best materials to making our own templates and building up relationships with our suppliers. We hope you understand we can't share this information. Plus product research is half the fun!
We don't currently offer customisation on our range of pens and pencils. The wording and colours cannot be changed due to set up costs. We can't offer printing services for other businesses or individuals but there are lots of online retailers who offer this service which you can find by searching on Google.
We don't have a physical shop but we do have a studio where all our items are designed and created. Unfortunately due to insurance purposes we can't invite customers to visit or provide collection in person. But you can see plenty of behind the scenes photos of our work space on our social media platforms and we offer flat rate postage to all our customers to keep shipping costs low.
Although our main selling platform is online we do attend local fairs, country shows and markets with our products when we can. We're always happy to hear of local events supporting handmade and small businesses so if you're organising an event and want to send us further information please do pop us a message with your details!
Unfortunately we can't donate to all of the charities that contact us as we get lots of requests. We have decided just to support charities that we have a personal connection with. If we could we would support all of you but sadly as a small business this is not feesible.
