The next posting day is Friday 16 October 2020. Delivery times after posting is usually 1-3 working days 1st Class and 3-5 working days 2nd Class, however, Royal Mail are experiencing service delays due to staff shortages from Coronavirus. Royal Mail have therefore advised some areas of the country will experience a reduction in deliveries. Thanks so much for your patience!

DISPATCH & turnaround time

I aim to dispatch your order (excluding personalised items) within 1-3 working days. Personalised items take 3 weeks (21 days) to make plus postage. Delivery times according to Royal Mail is 1-3 working days 1st Class and 3-5 working days 2nd Class. Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your happy post is delivered to the right address!

flat rate uk delivery

You can choose 1st (£2.50) or 2nd Class (£1.95) Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Orders exceeding £20 will automatically be sent Signed For but this is not tracked. If you would like to upgrade to Tracked Delivery please contact me for a price before ordering. Delivery time after posting items according to Royal Mail is 1-3 working days 1st and 3-5 working days 2nd Class. These times should be used as a guide only. 

international delivery

Royal Mail International Standard Delivery is £5.00 (Flat Rate). This is not a trackable service, however, orders exceeding £20 will automatically be sent Tracked Delivery. If you would like to upgrade to Tracked Delivery please contact me for a price before ordering. 

International buyers are responsible for paying any customs, duties and taxes set by their own country.

Delivery time after posting items according to Royal Mail is 3-10 working days for Europe and 10-15 working days for rest of world destinations. These times should be used as a guide only. Arrival times will vary from country to country. 

order as a gift

Short on time or want to be super efficient? I can send your order straight to friends or family with a personalised note from yourself (and of course not include any prices) at no extra cost. If you'd like to do this simply add the note you'd like included in the 'Any Special Instructions' box at the checkout and I'll do the rest!

Friends outside of the EU please note: international destinations outside of the EU require a customs form which declares the contents, price and weight of the item so please keep this in mind when ordering as a gift. This is a legal requirement and I do not have control over this.

Ribbon Rosettes & Ribbon Loop Badges

These are decorative accessories intended for festivities and celebrations and are not toys or meant for use in play as per Article 2 (Annex 1) of the Directive 2009/48/EC on the Safety of Toys. A child should not be left unsupervised when worn. These may have small parts (for example buttons) and embellishments (for example ribbons) which could become loose and present a choking hazard. The buyer acknowledges these responsibilities at time of purchase and will assume all liability. 

Glitter Tote Bags

Do not put in the washing machine. Wipe clean only with a damp sponge. These are sent carefully folded and I recommend lightly ironing on a low heat to remove any creases caused in transit.


Each item is handmade and individually sewn, printed, stamped or painted so there may be slight variations, but that's what makes your purchase unique! Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items you are happy with, however, due to their hand crafted nature, no two items are exactly the same.

I hope you love your Lucy Made Me goodies but if you are unhappy with any item I are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs unless the item is faulty) if the item is returned to me in its original packaging within 28 days from the date of delivery. Please note that postage is at your own expense and I advise obtaining a certificate/proof of posting. If you wish to exchange an item, there will be an additional delivery charge for the new item.

I cannot accept returns on personalised items due to their custom nature unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

To arrange a refund please e-mail [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please contact me first before returning an item. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method.
