Personalised badges are handmade to order and are currently dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

If you need your badge sooner, please get in touch before ordering.

Pin badges are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Choose 1st Class (£3.50) or 2nd Class (£2.50) Royal Mail delivery at checkout.

• 1st Class: 1–3 working days

• 2nd Class: 3–7 working days

Short on time or want to be super efficient? I can send your order straight to friends or family with a personalised note from yourself (and of course not include any prices!) at no extra cost. If you'd like to do this simply add the note you'd like included in the 'Any Special Instructions' box at the checkout and I'll do the rest!

Handcrafted badges are decorative accessories and are not toys.

• Supervision: Contains small parts and a functional sharp pin. Children should be supervised while wearing a badge.

• Sleep: Always remove before sleep.

• Fire & Heat: Keep away from naked flames and heat sources.

• Storage: Store safely and out of reach of children when not in use.

• Care: Keepsake item. Not washable.

Personalised Items
Because personalised items are made especially for you, the 14-day change-of-mind return does not apply. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email [email protected] and I will of course put things right.

Non-Personalised Items
If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email [email protected] within those 14 days to let me know. You then have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging. I will refund the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. You have a 30-day right to a refund for faulty goods. Once the item has been returned and inspected, a full refund (including delivery and return postage costs) will be processed to your original payment method.
